Stay away from candy, soda, juice, white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes. By adding more vegetables, fruits, and whole grains you are cutting unhealthy carbs and replacing them with essential ones. Checking labels for added or refined sugars is a sure way of knowing what you’re putting inside your body. Sticking to a meal plan, drinking plenty of water, and having the proper motivation is essential when sticking to a diet like this.
