Returns/Exchange

All exchanges and returns following the guidelines listed under our guarantee will be accepted either as store credit or as a direct refund. Store credit does not expire and may be used at any time online or on call. All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase and postmarked within fourteen (14) days of return notice to be accepted. Single serve products must be sealed and untampered with, while multiple serving products must be missing no more than two servings to be returned or exchanged. No returns or exchanges can be made on nutritional and dietary supplements in the form of pills. Bariatric Lifestyle Diet reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return of any product unfit for our standards.
