Returning Items

If you are not satisfied with any products you purchased from Bariatric Lifestyle Diet, you may return it for a full account credit of the purchase price. Your exchange must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt and you are responsible for all shipping related charges. The return package must be received within 14 days of the Return Request approval date.

To qualify for a Return, the product(s) must be unopened, undamaged and new condition. Partial boxes missing two packets or less are acceptable.

Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Credits will be applied within 7 days after your return is processed but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.

All returns require prior authorization, which can be obtained from a member of our Customer Service Team at 1-800-915-5122 or info@bariatriclifestylediet.com.


Exchanging Items

If you are not satisfied with any products you purchased from Bariatric Lifestyle Diet, you may exchange it for another product of lesser or equal value. Your exchange must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt and you are responsible for all shipping related charges. The return package must be received within 14 days of the Exchange Request approval date.

To qualify for an Exchange, the product(s) must be unopened, undamaged and new condition. Partial boxes missing two packets or less are acceptable.

Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Exchange items will be shipped within 3 days after your return is processed.

  • Credits and Exchanges are available on consumable products only.
  • Individual meals and opened, unsealed supplements are exempt from Credits and Exchanges.
  • Products that arrive damaged are exempt from Credits and Exchanges.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return products.
  • If a shipment is refused or is otherwise returned to sender, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Bariatric Lifestyle Diet is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

Weather-Related Shipping Information

Bariatric Lifestyle Diet cannot be held responsible for weather conditions outside its climate-controlled distribution center. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued on account of melting or freezing of products. Please consider purchasing Insulated Packaging when purchasing items prone to melting.
