We are now offering the option to have your package shipped to you with Styrofoam Insulation and a Polar Icepack in the box. This insulated container is placed inside a cardboard box for extra insulation and shipping strength. Typically, the boxes only stay cool for 48 hours, so please contact our Customer Service Department for your Priority Shipping options. (this charge of $14.99 applies to any size purchase) We do our best to package your products so that they do not melt, but once your order leaves our offices we have no control over how UPS handles your package. With the rising summer temperatures, we know that chocolate and caramel bars melting becomes an issue and we are doing everything we can to help you receive your products unmelted. If your bars do arrive melted or soft, simply put them in the fridge for about an hour and they will reharden without losing any nutritional value. It's a good idea to place your order early in the week (Mon. or Tues.) so your package doesn't sit in a UPS warehouse all weekend.
